  We offer free delivery for purchases of over Kshs. 10,000.

  Standard Delivery within Nairobi is done at a flat rate of Kshs. 500.

  We offer the option of fitting the items ordered before purchasing  (only within Nairobi City) at a flat rate of Kshs. 1,500.

  Delivery to the outskirts of Nairobi and outside Nairobi may be done via courier (G4S/Fargo). Please confirm from us the final delivery cost before making an order outside Nairobi County and its environs. 

  During sale periods and promotions the delivery time may be longer than normal.

  Return & Refund Policy

  RETURNS

  We accept returns only where the customer has received a faulty or broken product. This complaint should to be raised with us within 24 hours after receiving the product, together with a photo or video showing the faulty item. Complaints can be raised through WhatsApp on (+254) 0776 635 538.

   

  All products fitted and confirmed on delivery prior to completing payment of the order are not subject to returns.
